User Group provides valuable feedback

BAIS insurance technology hosted 30 of its clients for the first user group since the launch of its major upgrade, iBAIS 2.0.

The conversation was wide ranging and it was great to get feedback and enable clients to speak directly with our Sydney development team. Head of client services and marketing, Sheri Andrews (pictured), was one of the BAIS team who discussed topics with brokers and underwriting agents from across the country.

Some of the topics most relevant to clients included business intelligence tools, reporting, customisable dashboards and interactive renewals.

The user group is a core part of BAIS’ strategy to ensure development and investment is aligned to the needs of its current and future clients.
