Broker Angela Driessen-Clancy from Driessen Insurance Brokers stated, The most significant change has been in the speed and efficiency of data retrieval and report generation, while underwriting agency operations manager Amanda Dixon commented, “The new AI feature has been fabulous at gaining insights into information that previously we were struggling to put together manually using multiple spreadsheets,” going on to say she was able to answer a question about year to date premiums for an insurer literally while sitting in the meeting with them.
